bdd: comparing 10mg hydrocodone oral vs 10mg opana nasal

With all the charts, I still cant find an equal comparison.

Also what would 10mg hydrocodone be to 10mg opana oral?

Well 10mg oral opana would be approximately 70mg oral hydrocodone. intranasal opana 10mg would be more, but I couldn't give a number

I am clearly poor at math, because the 10% oral avail of opana made me think it would be much less... so complicated!

Yeah, the numbers I got were from a chart assuming all the opioids in the chart were taken orally

I would say it's like 80 mg oxycodone. (Insulfated)
If the Opana was ER, it would "feel" like more like 40 mg hydrocodone.
