Any tips on how to ignore cravings, and use drugs more recreationally?
(coke/mdma/alcohol/Meph/weed)

For instance I do a martial art in order to have a discipline and keep myself busy,
also I'm gonna get a bar-tending job soon.
I try not use anything during the week.etc

any advice would be appreciated...
ciao

Your doing the right things now keep yourself busy having a job is always good for that and you say your involved with martial arts good good

If you still have time on your hands to think about drugs find a hobby and enjoy that in your spare time

Also of course excercise whether at a gym if you have access or just go for a bike ride a lil walk/run rollerblade whatevvaa

Us addicts will always struggle with this as long as we live. If you aren't going to decide to give up trying to control something that nobody has ever been able to control then you just have to keep yourself busy all the time.

When you have a craving just don't entertain it. Find something else to occupy your mind. It really isn't more complicated than that.

The only real cure for this is to be so sick of everything the drugs have put you through that you really do not want to use them.
