Every pill can be copied - what somebody could rank as the Number 1 trusted pill one day could be the biggest fake in your area the next.

For example - I would say about 6 months ago so many people would have ranked the Pokeball as being the number one consistant pill (In certain areas and I dont want a Poke vs Mint fight) - fast forward 6 months and the pokes have now been copied.
