I been reading about bath salts, and it seems like they all get closed, and there not much info...
 
Because they contain unknown amounts and blends of very dirty and fiendish chemicals. There's not really much HR to be applied besides don't do it. Read about all the bad things that have happened to people, Trainwreck disaster experiences on erowid etc.
