Bath salts are new to me, but want to know more about them

I have smoked them, snorted and twice I've eaten or drank them in hot tea (favor over coffee) and a load of sugar to combat bitter taste.
I've heard that some people have slammed it. Is this dangerous? Somone told me that all ways into the body are the same, that the dosage is the important part.
I understand its the same high that one would get with Meth and even looks like it when smoked or like coke and many just snort it.
I've only tired Drone IV and Drone V. Can others tell me what dosage you've taken and name and how ingested or smoked?
I'm 48 and have only got high for the first time on this just six months ago and have tried Tina just a few timess as well.

This is a harm reduction forum, so I'm going to say the same thing that I'm sure everyone else will say, don't take bath salts. You pay for a brand name, you don't know what chemical you're getting, you don't know if it's safe, if it'll even get you high, if it's cut with other inert chemicals (though this is almost guaranteed), and on top of that you always pay a premium, when the same chemicals can be bought elsewhere for cheaper - plus you get to actually know what you're taking.

Given that the bath salts are usually highly potent stimulants like MDPV with doses as low as 5-10mg nasally, they're usually cut with other drugs or fillers to make more appropriate doses of 50-100mg. (Both to make them money and make it easier for users to dose) Injecting this could potentially be very dangerous.

Hope this answers your question. If you're going to indulge in RCs, find out what you're taking. Buying bath salts is like going to your dealer and saying "Give me something good, don't tell me what, and please cut it and charge me more" :D

I've never tried 'bath salts' but I have tried various other RC's. The problem with 'bath salts' is that you have no idea of the exact chemical composition, so you cannot possibly know exactly how much of what chem you're ingesting. MDPV, the active component of most bath salts, is a very powerful chem and only takes tiny amounts to produce strong effects. There are dozens of stories about bath salt OD's resulting in extremely violent & psychotic behaviour, hospitalization and death.

I'm 50 and have been experimenting with RC's for a little over a year. I would STRONGLY suggest that you take the time to check these forums carefully and research the class of RC that interests you (stimulant, psychedelic, empathogen, dissociative, etc.). Read up on the different chems, the dosages, effects, bad times, etc. to get a feel for what others have experienced. Check out other websites (Erowid, etc.) regarding the same chem. Then, after you've done your homework, go & find a vendor for your chosen item. I took about 4 months researching various RCs before I made my first purchase, and I've bought & sampled 8 or 9 different compounds since then. I've tried various ROAs with different substances, based on my research.

Keep in mind that these compounds do not have a history like regular street drugs do, and so little is known about them. They can, and are, a lot of fun but make no mistake - they are serious drugs and need to be treated that way. So please, go ahead & experiment, but be smart about it. Good luck...

Even if you buy from a vendor instead of buying a brand name, do you really know what you're ingesting? Without the proper equipment there's almost no way to guarantee the identity of a compound.

And on that note: sorry but we are not allowing this thread. I think asking for effect profiles for a cannabinoid preparation marketed as a brand is right there on the edge or over it - but you just really should not take any branded drug that has no info on the ingredients. You should know what is in it and how much, and even then I consider it sketchy. If you don't know then this would become an ID thread which we do not allow either. You can PM me or another mod if this is not clear to you.
