Being from the DC metro area, I know exactly what youre talking about. A lot of that stuff is really hit or miss. I started on Baltimore gel caps of scramble before moving to raw in DC. Eventually I moved to copping raw in Richmond, but I am currently back to getting folds in DC.
 
^There is alot of shitty scrambled in Balt. There is also alot of good scrambled too. You gotta know where to go. When I first moved there, I couldn't get over how shitty the dope was, but soon enough found nothing but bomb ass "pills".

Oh, I can agree with you completely. For some reason to this day I still end up chasing the high I got off of some of those pills. Some of the scramble that I got up in Baltimore has messed me up way more than a lot of the raw Ive done anywhere else. =D

lol I worked at subway while addicted to opiates and it fucking sucked bawlz. Minutes would feel like hours. Having to come into work sick as hell, and having to deal with asshole customers and work my ass off while in extreme pain while feeling nasty from sweating, chills, etc.....and whenever I had some to use at work, since my fucking owner was a paranoid bastard and had cameras at every fucking corner you turned, I had to go into the bathroom and snort my shit of the back of a toilet......but you gotta do what you gotta do.
 
I'm trying to teach "junky ettitquite" for my sister who started using and it got me to thinking. I want to know what other people "kick down" for favors. Here's what I do. I live in NJ, and we use bags, so that's how we dose.

A Ride to cop : 2 bags + gas money (usually $5 or some 1's)
Copping with someone when they're going anyway : 1 bag
Copping with someone when they weren't going : 2 bags
They shoot you up : 1 bag + cotton
They Let you shoot in their house : 1 bag/free
They Introduce you to their connect : 0-5 bags. Depends on connect.
Trade sets/works : 3 clean sets per bag
 
^^^I don't know about all that. I've never used no set system on how much or how little I'd hook someone up for giving me a ride. Usually just some gas money and a bag or two. I don't see the difference between the first option "a ride to cop" and the third option "copping with someone when they weren't going". I would never charge someone a bag just to hit them or give them a bag to hit me. Thats just wrong cuz some people have shitty veins or have blown them all out and need help getting straight and wanting a bag isn't cool unless you really don't know the person. Shit I help hit my friends all the time and I'd never ask them for a kickdown just for doing that. I mean if they are being generous and want to give me one for helping them hit than thats cool, but I'm not going to be like nah I can't do it just cuz they can't give me some dope. Also seriously, the only "junky ettiquite" you need to be teaching your sister who just started using is how to quit and not end up as a full blown dope feen and fuck her life up. Then again, thats just me.
 
Sorry if my post made me come of like an asshole.
To clarify I'm just trying to find out what people give after being helped out. I'm not talking about what do you charge for favors; I'd never leave someone sick like that just cause they couldn't kick me down something.

I meant making someone walk to their dealer for you ,when they don't need to cop, and your dealer is out. Confusing/sorry.

When I was learning to shoot, if it was someone who wasn't real close, I would throw them a bag if they did me good. I don't charge for a shot, that'd be beat. If someone needs help, I help. I usually have fresh sets for them too.

As for my sister; I was up north for a month on a job. I come back and find out she's got an 80mg day OC habit. She comes to me and tells me shes sick and asks me to help. I have tried to teach her about all the dangers of the game and some real HR. Fortunately, I convinced her to detox with me. (Subs to loperamide) We're down to about 1mg subx a day.

I have been to my dealers house when they are cutting, the black tar heroin and after they cut it it looks like that brown powder kzorro has but than my dealer will breath on it through a tube of pvc pipe he has and it will turn back into chunks of brown tar heroin, since the shit I'm getting right now is brown after it's cut and not black like people call it. The tar is usually black though before it's cut, jet black.
 
When I use this girl to middleman for me (sucks, but what can ya do?)
I give her a bag or two if I'm getting a bundle, $10 if I'm not or she doesn't want dope
Anyone I shoot with is my friend so I don't worry about it

Why is the dope so bad here in wilmington de were 20 mins from philly and 15 mins from camden
u think the street dope be just the same or a least better then it is

At least she comes back to ya. Last time I tried to middleman cop, I got beat for $65. And it was someone I knew too. I just stay out of the city altogether now.

As for that brown stuff. My friend in NM gets something like that sometimes. She said it's called gun powder and it's real good. And she's from Jersey so she's used to high quality powder.

Bob, I feel ya on goin through a middleman and am very glad I don't have to, but I just love being the middleman! Gotta make it seem like a big hassle so that they hook me up even more... but unfortunately no one is as generous as you are to your lady :\. I'll get what I can take though
