So i just did a cold water extraction with Norco and now i have a solution of 400ml water to 45mg of hydrocodone.
My question is, how many ml should i drink to get around 10mg of hydrocodone?

Thanks

I don't know shit about chemistry but I imagine solutions aren't homogenized by default but if they were then maybe roughly a fourth of what you got?

if you have a well-mixed solution it indeed is for all intents and purposes homogeneous. so, you've got a concentration of around 0.1125 mg/mL and you'll want to drink around 89 mL of the solution to get a dose of 10 mg hydrocodone - about a quarter of it per the previous poster's common sense.

this. in other words, 10mL will be close enough. it's simple mathematics, nothing to do with chem knowledge! :)
