You have got to be kidding.

Benzos = Calm. Don't get too comfortable, or you might go to sleep and lose some memory.

Barbiturates = Severely sedated. Eating chips talking, doze off in mid sentence...

...Wake up like 15 minutes later, chips spilled. No clue what just happened.
