Notice how similar they are to bezitramide or even etonitazine?
 
yep. I missed that last line and was going to say so. 15 and 16 remind me a bit of ketobemidone.
 
The basic theme seems strikingly similar to one of the compounds C6H6 pulled out of one of Lednicer's ebooks.
 
Ok, so i've forgotten the whole deal with these ORL1/NOP agonists, are these the ones that don't produce tolerance?
I certainly hope so : > .
 
orl1-ANTagonists can attenuate the development of opioid tolerance to a certain degree.

i somehow don't get this thread. 8)
where are the values for compounds 14-17 and these others? besides, most of them are µ-antagonists and those which aren't are incredible weak agonists. ??? could you please clear up the sense of the thread to me?
( maybe I'm just stupid )
