Alright but it's not true you cannot inject some hydrocodone salt i.m. or i.v. Sure such pills aren't to be injected in ANY way but hydrocodone isn't codeine.

it can, from anecdotal evidence, but comes with some grave risks; pulmonary edema being one, deadly histamine reactions and i think i've read endcarditis as another. it's one of the 'codones you want to avoid IV'ing as the positives far outweigh the negatives.

it can be given IM like codeine if you have the ampule designed for it, not through the means of a CWE.

Depending on the inactive ingredients, micron filtering + a preservative might work. Then again I haven't researched said inactives. A CWE simply isn't enough, like you said.
 
still i wouldn't be risking injecting a cwe no matter what filtration method i went through. miniscule amounts of apap are still soluble and enough to put me of it along with the adverse reactions that may come with IV/IM hydrocodone
