Bang Methadone

I have been wanting to shoot methadone, I have never done it before. Is it possible to do, and is thier any rush?

Hi, Welcome aboard! Yes, I wouldn't recommend it. I once tried to get a rush with methadone back when I used opiates - didn't happen. It doesn't work like a short acting opiate and is very strong. Be careful.

From what i'm told the liquid methadone gives you a horrible headache when injected. Years ago i tried injecting some of the pills, i didn't notice a rush of any kind and i imagine if there would have been one that at 40mg i would have felt it. I just went from being sick to well in about 90 seconds.

What are you thinking of injecting? Methadone mixture (liquid) or pills... It's probably not the safest thing to do especially IVing the sugary liquid which could do some nasty damage to your vascular system and limbs.

I have seen methadone ampules for IV injection (Physeptone) in the UK but the half-life of methadone is too long if your looking for a "rush" per se.

You are more likely to experience increased sedation and respiratory depression with higher doses and not as much euphoria than a shorter-acting opiate like heroin. So take care!

That would be epic I wish I could try that but Iveread in medical journals the come up/rush can take 15 minutes and the mistake people make is shoot more thinking it didn't hit them and that can be fatal not to be dramatic
