If you are going to ingest mdma, you need to be taking high doses of niacin both before and after. Take with a stress B complex multivit, half is enough, at least three times a day. Take niacin that is NOT no flush or ER - the plain old kind that will give you a flush when you've got enough. For me that's 100mg three times a day most of the time. Don't take within an hour of alcohol. This mitigates almost all negative kickbacks - it prolly also helps with longterm consequence, speaking from personal experience. I have anxiety/panic disorder post loads of e use (quite a while back, persistent), and to some extent I think it's the whole issue of borrowing from the future - it isn't just the 3 day slump, it goes on a long time. Just the same, great experiences that I wouldn't trade back, but niacin. Take it. Also lecithin - get the granules, take 2-4 tablespoons a day ( I either put it in a smoothie or just wash it down with water, there's no real flavor in it) - your brain is made of lecithin, it makes you smarter faster better stronger and it's a super cheap brain hack.
