Opioids Baking Soda On Fentanyl Patches..

Hello mates.I have a question about fent from patch,so,i think that the fent in the patches(matrix) is fent base.Now,if i put soda(baking,the one that is in almost every house,a white fine powder,i think it's bicarbonate)on the used or on the new patches and use them cheeking or sublingual,i will make them stronger(maybe i should brush my teeth with the soda will help,too).Doing this i would have a convertion from fentanyl base to fentanyl salt?i use the 100 patches for 8 years,my tolerance is...shit.For ppl with low tolerance please don't mess with this..So if someone knows about this or any other method to increase the amount of fent that smbd can take in one time,or an extraction from patches(non-gel),a lil bit easier than Oxymorphone's method(really great job but not so easy for everyone..),i would appriciate..we must break the time-release system..8)Thanks

Man, I've experimented with those things until I'm sick of trying to break the "code". I've cut them up, soaked them in every imaginable solution, scraped, smoked, held on my gums, and ate. I've heard some people swear that holding them in your cheek like tobacco is a bit better... In the big picture, you aren't getting very much of the fentanyl out of it like that (1% maybe), and a person in your situation would be well advised to wear it instead. Long story short, I've tried everything right up to smoking a small strip of a 100mcg/hr plastic and all (I know, I was dope sick so can it). It did nothing. Might I suggest a breakthrough med to "cover the gap" as it were? Roxycodone maybe?

Nope. You would need an acid.

Acid + Base = Salt

Technically sodium bicarbonate would dissociate into a base and conjugate acid (carbonic acid) so at equilibrium you might get a tiny bit of fentynal bicarbonate but basically you will just have a mouth full of baking soda and fentynal.

Letting it sit in acid for a few days might help. Or some sort of fat based solvent to simulate your skin. I really don't know. I think there are a lot of threads on breaking the fent matrix but the site is too slow for me to find anything now.

edit: I'm also just taking your word it just has the fent free base inside of it though that makes sense.

are you thinking that you can turn coke into crack with backing soda so you should be able to do the same/similar thing with fentynal?

I realized I diddn't really touch on the original question. There is no need for an acid base conversion, smoking fentynal is done by vaporizing it. The HCL will vaporize without being destroyed. I don't think it would work like the acid base conversion of cocaine. Putting baking soda on the strip would most definitely not work. The soaking in acid thing mentioned above has shown some promise from what I have heard. Check the fentynal mega thread and see if there is anything on there to your liking. By far the best way to use these though is to wear them... as exciting as that is...

Secobarbital,how much i understand you!i use the fuckin fent for about 8 yrs,a 100 patch for 2 days.Like you,i've used almost every way to break the time release fuckin system.A good way that has success,but i think it's not healthy,and of course NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH LOW AND MEDIUM TOLERANCE,is first wash your mouth with iso(70% in my case),as long as you can stand.I know,fuckin taste.Then place a piece of the patch in your mouth for cheeking use.One good place is the upper lip,with the sticky side not at the gum,at the inner lip.I know another 2 methods,(better as my opinion),but i don't want to share them in public,cause many people (with low tolerance) may use them and have problems.If you want PM me Secobarbital.All bluelighters,be safe and cool!%)
P.S.In my country,we don't have oxy,roxi,dilaudid,and opana.I've never tried these in my life

Wow, where do you live if you don't mind me asking? Fentynal is strong, but believe it or not, opana is right up there with the patches. What options do you have other than Fentynal and Morphine then?

We have apap/codeine(500mg/30mg)the strongest ones,tramadol and that's it..Very fuckin situation,i know.From what i've read in the net,opana must be a great med,(esp IR),for pain relief and for euphoria warm opi feeling.Oxycodone and dilaudid must be very good too,i've never tried any of these,never,i've never tried either vicodin!Fuckin unbelievable,hah?i use the 100 patch for 8 years,i started at 100 for 3 days,this was only for the 1st month.Since then i stick one for 2 days,15 each month,until now.So i'm on a steady dose for 8 years.As you understand my friend,the relief i get is not as good as the beginning,but..and of course,no euphoria,except if i use a secret tip...I am a heroin user too,but since i start fent,i use h once or twice a week.For b/t pain my dr gives me a light benzo,xanax,valium or klonopin..Oh fuck,where are the old days,Rophynol and brown,dark brown heroin..good times,but a lot of people died then.PM if you want,Secobarbital.
