I'm wondering if anyone has any estimate as to how long sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) elevates urinary pH for, and by how much per gram of dose?
I'm guessing 4 grams at one time will kick in after about 45 minutes, and keep urinary pH elevated by 1.0 for 3-4 hours, I haven't been able to find any precise information though.
