Opioids Bags/darness under eyes

After years of on-and-off heroim/fent use, and many months of suboxone, my physical appearance is starting to deteriorate.

I have darness under my eyes and it is starting to wrinkle and become "bags" under my eyes.

Does this stuff go away if I am clean for some time? Or is my facial appearance something that will never go awag and I must simply get used to it?

nah you usually look like shit when you're on drugs - that's normal

and then you usually look better when you're not on them anymore
