Not sure if this is caused by grinding teeth as I had a few pills the weekend but I never noticed myself clenching that much and I've never had this before and I been taking mdma for over ten years. has anyone else had this before?

can be from lack of saliva for a prolonged period of time

how can this cause tooth ache?

its all on the one side and feels like it goes up into my eye (the pain) so could be sinus related but the teeth hurt the most

My teeth sore from all the grinding really bad that's why I wear mouthguard most times I look stupid like that help

Mouthguard? New one on me but no doubt effective. Magnesium (cheleate is most effective I do believe) stops jaw-clenching/teeth-grinding. Don't take too many cos also causes diarrhoea if taken in excessive amounts which is even less of a good look than mouthguards.

Last time I had a thing along those lines it ended up being an infected abcess kinda under the tooth so wasn't really obvious til the pain became ridiculously intense. Rather wish I'd gone to the dentist to get it checked at a much earlier stage. I'd go get it looked at if it lingers more than a few days. May be entirely unconnected to the weekend's events, or could perhaps be an underlying problem in waiting made worse by a bit of grinding and clenching. Properly nasty toothy things are not worth the risk in my opinion. Never known pain like it :!

I'd agree with this. If it's still hurting days later it's possible there was an underlying problem which has just been brought to the fore by a bit of gurning, or even just coincidence. Tooth pain that transfers into the rest of your face does sound like there's some tooth rot going on which believe me will only get worse. Do get it checked out before you find yourself wondering how common it is for people to commit suicide just to end a toothache or wondering if smashing your teeth in with a hammer will make things better.

I lolled out loud =D

There's no way I'll be wearing a mouth guard! would look a bit silly tbf. I seriously hope its not tooth rot but I can't see why it would be as I try and look after my teeth, I brush them every day, use mouthwash and don't eat much sweet :(

it's a dull aching pain atm but its constant like a bad headache but nit unbearable. painkillers help with pain but can still feel the throbbing if you know what I mean.

in that case it sound like a nerve infection and that is only going to get worse and believe me its the worst pain you can imagine coming your way ive had a few times thanks mostly to smack rotting my teeth

Gurning on pills made my wisdom teeth come through crooked my dentist flat out asked me if I'd taken "party" drugs in my teens he said its quite a common problem among my generation

I don't gurn, just slightly sometimes notice my lips being active/not still. I reckon its a veggie/vitamin rich diet (I think at least.) I do notice a tooth ache especially with smoked mdpv which wins there. I've had terrible dry mouth from vaping peeve for nights/days on end in the past. Obviously I soon stopped, but not soon enough I guess. As paracetamol worked if you can call that working. :/

I think when i used a candle flame as ignition source for vaping peeve, it reached its peak and I had to stop. Mind you I still snorted it :/ More addictive than crack for me, or moorish at least. I guess meth head photos of their teeth are because of similar dry mouth? Or is it propaganda/bad lifestyle/clenliness in general? I know I was brushing my teeth as much, and drinking water more than usual... But eating less on mdpv. I get bad dry mouth from opiates, booze, pregabalin and canabinoids too. Maybe not from as constant usage as with peeve mind.... And no experience with meth, personally.

But yeah, I don't vape it hardly ever now because of toothaches a few years ago. 'Cotton mouth' with weed + sweets and munchies and sugary alcoholic drinks where i wake up with a bone dry mouth (breath through mouth open at night) are fine compared to prolonged peeve gasping from foil. Maybe similar would occur with other stims? I'm not that well versed.

EDIT: Friends take supplements for gurning and swear by it. Postloading certain vitamins, I think it isn't calcium? something like that. If you have problems gurning...

Yeah I know its foolish getting a bit more and I regret it already, but it was one last order before it went off the grey market, albeit a drunk order. Don't judge. I'm doing enough of that right now I assure you! I am amazed I was able to have it in possession without knowingly abusing it right away. Ignoring my stupidity mentioned elsewhere regarding mix ups... I had intended and still do to keep on top of things. If not, it will not be here for long. I am very capable of flushing shit away these days.

Magnesium it is. Loads of mates swear by it. 300mg off the top of my head... an hour or 2 before dosing MDMA or whatever. Look it up though, thats not reliable on its own!

gurn
The act of clenching your jaw muscles toghether and grinding your teeth together whilst under the influence of either ecstasy or speed. Often alleviated by chewing gum; or more commonly these days, baby dummies. Magnesium can often help to looses the jaw bones and prevent teeth-grinding. In exceptional cases; like an xtc overdose, it is possible to have complete jawlock; where you physically cannot open your mouth (though this is rare).
'Man, I'm gurning tonnes tonight'

'Look at that bloke gurn'

lol loving the pessimistic attitude in this thread! woke up today and the pain seems to have all but gone hopefully it stays that way. think I did over clench my teeth without realising, I used to chew gum on mdma but don't anymore because I had a habit of accidentally biting my cheeks/tongue when I did and maybe that's why I got the tooth ache.

Nah haven't had tooth ache yet, despite the amount i grind and clench. pre ban meph was the worst for it.. surprised i didnt grind my teeth to dust

I have a few times in the past few months - I think it's a combination of grinning and clenching teeth too much, and my wisdom teeth still trying to poke through.

(Annoyingly I've phoned ten dentists so far and none of them are taking NHS patients at the moment. Grar.)
