so my stuff got here. some dbol and i wanted to try epistane as an antiestrogen (still have some exemestane on hand in case it isn't enough). any way it's been 2 and a half weeks since that surgery (doc claims the gland is scar tissue, in which case i'm going to have to take his word for it, otherwise he said he'd fix the problem) and i don't feel half bad, aside from a little soreness.
so... my friend told me that epistane will lose potency within 2 months i looked it up and apparently it begins breaking down upon 6 weeks? really? well anyway seeing as i was going to start lifting the 3rd week, i decided to dose today, i know orals take a while to get in your system anyway, so i might as well start...
so i dosed the epistane today, i'm only going to be on 40 mg / day and 300 of test. holding off on the d-bol until monday when i go and sign up on the gym, but for now i guess i'll do some ab work and start running again, i DESPISE being sedentary, and i've had enough bed rest as is (i've been sleeping 11 hours a night and dosing the last of my peptides, so i take it i'm ready to lift as is).
i'm going to keep the compression shirt on just in case as the doc told me to keep it on when i resume lifting. (i HATE that thing, it gives me anxiety...)
