What couses these nad stomach cramp to the point of throughing up from coke

yeah, it could be almost anything. maybe the coke is really bad, maybe its really good?

Its definitely when it good coke its like clockwork first that wonderful ringer then my stomach tences up my ryes get twitchie then heatwave buy then if i ate in a hour or so i will gag. There has been times i would throw up asap strange thing happens to must peeps i no but some lukie few never happens. If its mixed with dope no stomach problems most of the time. I mostly get that shinny fish scale thats real strong.
