Opioids Bad Hydrocodone, or fake, i think

I recently obtained (was all i could find) 20, 5/500, M357 hydrocodones, that look 100 percent real in every way, the only thing is, just last week they were enough to curb my withdrawl (scored from a different person) with 3-4 pills, with no negative side effects.

This time around when i eat like 3, it makes my stomach churn like a lot and get a bit of abdominal pain that i wouldnt normally have with other pills... they also smell like... makeup i think, they seem to ease my withdrawl only slightly, this could be a placebo effect, the other day i took 2 of them with 3 M358s, and an hour later i was shaking for like 3 hours, and was messed up for the rest of the day

Could these be bad somehow, maybe they are just really old and expired, or fakes even? Ive always heard that expired pills are still good though, and never heard of a fake 5MG hydrocodone, and seems that it would be unlikely that fakes of these would be made, youd think theyd fake the 10s right.

I was starting to w/d kinda bad and i decided to take 2 about an hour ago, and i cant even tell if it helped because i am just "shaky", and my stomach is churning again. It almost seems to have made my w/d worse i think.

I just assumed the girl i got them from maybe kept them in a makeup case or something which is why they smell like they do, also noticed a bit of pink crud on one of them(lipstick maybe?), and i think there was a piece of glitter or 2 in the bag, (wtf, i know) i cleaned them off good before i ate them, but they are like really F'ing me up here, i already had RLS from w/d and now they are like twitching worse than they were, they werent even really twitching before i took the pills

Dammit i hate myself right now, i wasted my last 100 dollars on these ( i know i got ripped off bad) just so i could have a couple days of relief till my methadone script comes, and now im totally screwed, argh, im definiltey not taking anymore of them, but am also panicking since i have 10 days to go till my script

I doubt that 5mg hydro's are fake. You should do a CWE to get the best out of them.

It is probably just your tolerance. You mentioned you were on methadone, what is your dose? I sincerely doubt anybody is going to waste their time counterfeiting 5 mg hydrocodones. The girl most likely had them in her purse or something, and they picked up a bit of makeup scent from being stored in her bag.

You probably need a bit more than 15 mg, and I would do a CWE as to get rid of the APAP, which could be screwing with your stomach.

ok maybe they arent fake, but i swear, something is wrong with them, like either expired or something got on them, cuz they give me the worst reaction ever, and just 2 days ago i was eating two or three M358 hydrocodone at a time and felt just fine,

and before that, like i said, ive had thousands of 5s, 7.5s 10s, all different brands, and they never did this to me, the last 3 times i tried taking them, even when i ate just 2, which is a normal dose of tylenol, they seemed to just make things worse, made my legs twitch a lot

As said before it could be your tolerance as you are used to taking methadone, which is much stronger and longer acting than hydro. A mere 10 mg may not be enough to pull you out of wds.

As for the stomach issues, well, that could be a few things. Your wds can always cause an upset stomach, but also there is alot of tylenol in hydro pills and that sometimes upsets peoples stomach. CWE would be the safest way to take large doses(anything exceeding 4 g of apap can make you very very sick)of hydro without liver damage.

Lastly, I doubt the pills are fake, but opiates can be very sensitive to the environment if not stored correctly. I've heard of people taking 10 year old percocet and getting a buzz, while others take 2 year old vics and say they do nothing so it really depends. Good luck man hope this helps

1. thing even if they were expired they woulden't do that to you. hydrocodone is a calm easy drug its your friend..lmao.

2.Like another guy said no one would waste there time to make counterfeit Hydrocodone

3. Dude! your in withdraws for methadone and your taking hydrocodone another opiate that wont get you even close to methadone. Its probably making it worse in my opinion. So just save them and wait till your withdraws are over then enjoy the pills.

Hydrocodone is a powerful analgesic contrary to what many believe, but since it comes in low doses and is usually compounded with something like apap, it is generally undesired by people who are opiate tolerant. If you can do a CWE to remove the apap and take about 60 or 80 mg, I bet you would feel better.

Answered; methadone WD's would only be diminished to a certain degree by hydrocodone, you will still be in WD for a long time more likely than not.
