Dropped an unknown amount of MXE earlier before going into the cinema. Had the worste time of my life. I went into the biggest M hole and had the experience of dying and being alone throughout the whole film- and I was watching puss in boots in fucking 3D. 3D is insane. Still not back to baseline. Was wondering if I had maybe overdosed as I was spewing on the seat in the cinema and couldn't move or breath properly for the whole time and hyperventilating. Is everything gonna be fine now can I just ride it out everythings still kinda off?

Well, dropping an unknown amount is really stupid, so it's impossible to say if you did too much but seems very possible, particularly as you say you hit an M-hole.
Both ketamine and methoxetamine can take you to very dark places, My worst trip ever was on ketamine, in a hellish hole I would not wish on anyone, and I've found since then that "holing" on either of these can sometimes take me near that place, though I'm better able to steer my thoughts away from it, and it is very setting-dependent (don't k-hole while living with your significant other with whom you are having a raging fight).
I have not heard of any permanent problems from even high doses of MXE, and it DOES have afterglow effects so you can feel different for a couple days, particularly after your first dose (IMO). So I'd wait a couple days and you should be back to normal, except to the extent you had a transformative experience in which case you may never be completely the same even when sober.

I've taken it before but never as much and only in lines. It was probably somehwere around 100mg of good quality MXE. I was pretty comfortable knowing that it may be alot as I can usually handle things pretty well. It's probably the combination of a fair bit of MXE and 3D Puss In Boots that through me off. lol never again.

High dose MXE probably isn't the best drug for public places, at least I don't think it is. Things can get pretty damn weird. Maybe your puking was because you did it oral and had food in your stomach/gut that you ate recently, and the two were not happy together?? Also the dose-response range for MXE seems to be pretty steep... you can do small amounts and be nice and euphoric, then you the hit the hole and things go awry. I never do 1 big dose at the same time because of this, I always take small doses and try to stop dosing before total dissociation madness sets in.
