Opioids Bad experience with Codeine extraction

To refill my stock, I extracted 3x bottles of 200x 300-15-8 so that's 600 pills. That went awfully wrong. That day I had to wake up at 5am because of an appointment and I was really tired. After crushing the first bottle I just fell in bed and passed out for 2 hours. When I woke up I crushed the 2 other bottles in a mojar of course but I did a half ass job. I don't even remember crushing the first one properly but I said ehhhh! the hell with it, it will be ok.

So I do all the steps properly, separate the caffeine, and when the powder was dry...I said well fuck my dick this ain't nearly the amount I was usually getting. So I start filling up the 60mg micro capsules and when I'm done filling I do the count. I only filled 19 capsules out of the usual average of 60.

Just to let you guys know, don't half ass your crushing when you extract your opioid. That fucking APAP is really hydrophobic and won't dissolve for shit even in hot water so the particles need to be really fine. I was really surprised myself, I knew the yield would go down...but here we talk about going down from 90% yield to 28%, it's a huge chunk, just because the powder wasn't fine.

My issue is...it's FUCKING hard to crush 600 pieces...I would rather dig 1m^3 of soil and be better off. The physical work is exhausting, I basically have to press down full force and twist about 250x per segment, a bottle having 3 segments of 66 pills each for 3 bottles is about 2200 twists taking 2 hours with a few breaks. It drives me crazy. Do you have a sort of machine that can take 600 pills at a time and crush them to a particle size of less than 1 micron?

haha, no offense to the 2 above posters, but both replies are not helpful at all. He wants something OTHER than a mortar and pestle which requires so much work for him personally and he is producing his CWE product as a powder.

I dont think he means the basic cold water extraction where you are intended to drink the solution. As you could have imagined from the amounts of the pills he definately evaporates the liquid out and then he gets left with nearly pure codeine and then fills the codeine in to capsules.

Solution left from 600 pills would last long even in the fridge as the bacteria will start grow in it.

try a blender, or a coffee mill

then screen the results, toss any chunks back in the mill

I had to change the procedure...doubled the amount of water and boil the APAP solution for 20min while stirring with a blender. Yield went back above 90%.

600 pills??? Christ on a bicycle... As a teenager I'd do CWE with T3s and I would do a fraction with the number of pills. I don't know if this works for such a large amount, but I would put the pills in ziplock bag and carefully smash them with a hammer on a concrete floor. That would get them crushed up real nice.

^Not a bad idea, but make sure you double bag it, or cover the bag with a towel or something when you are smashing them. If not, you have a high risk of ripping the bag and having all of your powdered pills/hard work spill out onto the floor. Would not be goood.

haven't tried it myself, but what about a coffee bean grinder?

I've done a CWE of a similar amount, I used a coffee bean grinder and used a pestle and mortar to finish off the last bigger lumps. then continued to mix with water slowly and dissolved it so that there was as little amount of water was used. Then heated some of the solution slowly in a ceramic pan and scrapped out the left over powder and just drank the other bit of the solution. Worked perfectly

I'm not exactly sure what you could do.

I am reminded by a story of someone using their car to crush lined up aluminum cans for recycling... but I think that this wouldn't really help you out.

Surely you can buy something to do this for yourself though, especially since people do just this with roots to extract DMT, or with seeds to extract morphine/opiates.
