So i just took two green transformer cutouts and my head hurts my hearts racing and i feel very tweaky im assuming i bought some shitty pills??

Without testing then you/we really have no way of knowing what you consumed.

If you check pillreports you will see a lot of these novelty cutout (especially 'Transformers') are known to be piperazines. Piperazines are a 'semi' legal chemical used by dealers when making fake pills.

Common side effects are bad heads!

You should really test your pills prior to dropping or at least check the press out on Pillreports / Ecstasydata.org.
