Anyone else playing? The multiplayer is fucking sickness and the sound is absolutely orgasmic.
 
I think its a close second to modern warfare 2. Being a programmer myself, bugs are very hard to avoid.
 
On another note, when in the hell is MW2 coming with a new map pack. WTF! Game been out bout 5 months and getting old fast.

If it is getting old after only 5 months then I am glad I didn't waste my money on it. MW1 is still fun after this much time, MW2 I was skeptical about and it looks like I had good reason to be.
 
MW2 I thought was going to be really good, and the detail is, but there is something about it, that I can't make out which just bores me to bits. I mean, i'd rather play Cod 4 instead of MW2 atm. I have recently brought BF2 because of this, and yeah it's a great game, but takes time to get used to.
 
Going off-topic but I know what you mean.

I'm really good on COD4 but shite on MW2.
 
I'm yet to try and of the 'Modern' Battlefield games. But if they are anywhere as good or put together as the 1942 series, then they are must-buy must-play games ;o
 
1942 with Modern Warfare mod will always be the best. Just wish they still developed it.
 
Bad company 2 is honestly no good, wasted 60 bucks on that piece of shit haha. Cod mw2 is waay waay better, I'm actually thinking about selling my bad company 2. That's how bad it is.
 
The single player campaign in Bad Company 2 is ok-ish, but the Online Multiplayer is pathetic. So many bugs and it's also look's so fake..Unlike MW2..

MW2 is awesome apart from a bunch of thing's. If only BC2 looked and had the same gameplay as MW2 then it would be awesome..
 
well all these self-held opinions are meaningless, as they are exactly that.
personal opinions.

personally i think its a great game, but it does have some shit that DICE needs to iron out

It's funny because what people are saying about BC2, I think about MW2.

Guess it goes to show that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder.

oh man, i can't believe people can actually manage to type those words/letters without their head exploding.
MW2 is a steaming pile of hollywood shit. Fanboys go home. The game requires zero skill or tactics, it's about surviving wave after wave of enemies before you get on yet another rail sequenc, wash rinse repeat...

BC2 is pretty great, can't believe people think that it's got worse graphics than MW2. HAH.
i've experienced few bugs so far, and the ones that i do experience are infrequent and not game breakers.

But then, what could you expect of people, complaining about bugs and problems when they still have ModernGarbage2 on their PC :)
 
Its okay. I've only played it because my roomie rented it. I'm patiently waiting for the new Splinter Cell game in a few days.....
 
I think its a pretty sweet game. I wish they made the buildings a little more independently destructable. As in the whole thing doesnt just fall at once, maybe a side here and there, but still cool.

Took a bit of getting used to after playing cod mw2, but i enjoy it now. I will always prefer to have more options ( tons of classes and skills, and tons of vehicles) over just playing on foot. So id rather play bc2.

If you can actually get a good squad going and have mics on you can get some sweet action going on!

I didn`t play online with BC2 but I did finish the campaign and I was a little let down with it. Don`t get me wrong,I was fun to play and I enjoyed the differences compared to Mod Warfare. But the same 3 "bad guys" to shoot over and over was lame.
