I have had this experience one other time, but for some reason let myself believe it was the vein i hit....
Immediately after injecting the drug, My chest felt like it was on fire. I thought to myself "oh shit, not again" and then my heart started doing flips, beating uncontrolably and really fast and then really slow. My head felt like it was going to pop and felt numb and i was sure i was going to pass out and die. everything around m was shaking. weird. and was thinking, "this is it, God please dont let me die" it was very scary, i went outside in the cold and it seemed to help. I have had heart arrythmias before after eating meth and my friend (who is very smart) told me to drink a lot of water and lay down and slowly start moving. I sat down with a liter of water and drank it. after i started to pee some i started to feel a little better, however, when i moved my heart would start beating uncontroably. and had chest pains throughout the day. It was like this for a good 5 hours but am okay now then next day.
I read something similar and think it could be from reusing the same cotton filter hours later. the first time this happened to me, i had reused the cotton as well, however was too dumb to realize it could be from that and not from which vein i was hitting. also, both times this happened, i was shooting up evert 2-3 hours. this last time i beleive it wsa my third shot throughout the night. maybe i had too much in my system and couldnt take anymore?
I have been slamming for about 2 years and actually was clean for 6 months, and when i started using again 3 months ago, was afraid to slam it because of my previous bad experience, go figure the next time i decide to slam again, it happend again.
anyone with any similar experience? do you know what causes this? not that i intend to continue this, as i threw the rest of my shit away after this happened, very scary!
