Currently i on 30mg of mscontin and 900mg gabapentin a day. The morphine seems to be working but gabapentin seems to be doing fuck all. I have read a few reports of baclofen helps some people but am not sure on how effective it is overall. Any input would be great

My partner has trigeminal neuralgia, for her morphine or poppy tea only helps when she takes enough to knock her out. We don't have access to baclofen, gabapentin is useless for rapid outbursts due to needing staggered doses.

Amitriptyline is worth a try

Nothing helped more than a hot water bottle on her face
