anyone else? you taking anything to help you shit or what? I legit shit once or twice a week. I remember always shitting years ago and over the last 3-4 years if I shit once a week it was nuts (while on dope). since moving to bupe my shit has picked up by not by much.

what are you guys taking to help move those bowls? how bad is it that I hardy shit? when I do its a ROCK, man! a fucking ROCK!

ask your pharmacist about lactulose solution and you won't regret it. it tastes pretty good and it's the gold standard for opioid use related constipation. don't expect anything drastic from it. it will just make your stool smooth and soft and easier to evacuate.
