Back to normal after smoked dmt

How come I don't get effects like having my headspace forever altered or not being the same person? I keep reading people saying crap like that, whereas for me, no matter how much of any psychedelic I take, I always go back to normal and the same person that I was before. Is it becauise I am a spiritual person already? What kind of changes do these drugs do to you guys?

Anyway, I personally go back to normal completely within an hour of smoking DMT or salvia. However, if youve never had a psychedelic experience before, you certainly may not ever view life the same way afterward.

well what exactly is normal? how can you even describe sober reality in the first place, people only know because they already experience their sober state and everyones is a little or a lot different.

also i understand that being truly spiritual already (which most people arent TRULY!) may make the experiences have less of a profound lasting affect on your mind, but doesnt your mind forever expand somewhat after these amazing experiences? they do for me. psyches have made me truly realize/understand things that i just cant put into words. lsd was my first trip besides dxm and salvia and it changed my perspective on spirituality by the next day. i used to be a hardcore christian and was very ignorant about a lot of things and some of the powerful trips ive had are just too profound to set aside.

sorry if im rambling, im quite stoned atm
