Hey guys this is my first post.... im 35 and been doing drugs all my life. About 5 years ago I had a cocaine binge that lasted the weekend and afterwards I had crippling mid back pain on my left hand side I was in bed for a week. It went away but every time I fall off the wagon if I take coke for more that 1 night the pain comes back. I'm trying not to do it but I'm trying to find out what it is im worried it's pancreastis or renal colic. Anyway I get savage nausea and vomiting savage mid back pain and my side feel like they have pins and needles I have a blood test ct scan etc but no problems does anyone know what this could be? I'm really worried I'm getting kidney failure :( I know I need to stop doing coke but please if anyone else has been through this left me know

Hi and welcome to Bluelight. When did you last use cocaine and were these tests performed before your latest episode? If you are still having pain and vomiting, it's best to go to the hospital and get it checked. They may have missed something. It would be impossible for us to diagnose what's happening to you but I hope you feel better soon.
