hunching your shoulders
signs that it's cold
misty breath and
teeth that chatter
why is it so cold
you couldn't help but wonder

even then amidst the cold
there's warmth from within
a thought of someone
something good happening
wards the chill away
just like what some say
"there's nothing like good things
in your life to keep the bad stuff at bay"

does love make one happy?
it does in a way
though one has to agree
there are many obstacles
that will cause some dismay
but what's is important
is communication must be open
feelings and thoughts
and words exchanged
although sometimes you'll appear deranged

in the end it all boils down to
just us two
whatever it is
no matter what
love and life is like
a work of art
time and patience is what we need
whatever else that comes along,
we'll take it in our stride indeed

Well, I have to say that your work should never be passed by...

I think happiness is too much of a state of mind..

We do control alot of the ways that we feel in this world.. but since I met my baby, he makes my life so full of joyce... since I been with him.. I've found a state that makes my life so much worth living
