That's just your average Westside Baltimore heroin.
You either get scramble in capsules or raw in vials (in baggies every once in a blue moon, although there have been quite a few blue moons all of the sudden in the past 3 months).
On the rare occassions you do see baggies, the quality can vary from one extreme to the other. Short to fat. Really weak to lethally potent. Generally the baggies tend to be short or weak, though. And I don't know why they've started showing up for the first time in years over the past few months.
Generally the only label is whatever the color of the vial tops are. "Yellow tops", "red tops", "purple tops", etc. And it doesn't make a damned bit of difference. It's basically all the same exact thing regardless of the top color and batches vary in potency and weight. I've gone around a few blocks within a half hour and had 3 different colored caps... all the dealers have the exact same shit regardless of what they say. If there is a difference, it's because some low level street dealer cut some out themselves either to get high or make some extra vials.
Only recently has my favorite connection been getting the same colored caps for weeks now (red... REALLY good stuff). Generally the same dealer won't even have the same colored caps for more than 2-3 day. It'll be like purple one day, yellow the next, orange two days later, black the next day, etc.
Generally you get between 50-100mgs of fairly decent stuff. Lately it's been extremely potent. Although, unless yours was piss poor quality (I've been doing this for 4 years, so I can't really gauge potency based on a newbies description. But I always pay $20 a vial for raw... so either you found a good hook up that I've somehow missed over the years (not like I've really gone around looking for different spots, either, though... I just go where I know I can always score and the stuff is reliably good) or there's a reason why you're only paying $10. I haven't even seen or heard of a $10 vial since 2002.
If you're looking for consistently, find a reliable dealer or crew of dealers and keep going to the same corner. Generally their dope will always be about the same. Although, it's Baltimore and on a lot of corners there's a lot of competition, so a lot of times you get stuck with going through whoever gets to your car first.
If you're getting high on just 40mgs of Oxy... a $20 vial of good dope from the Westside (particularly the corners near or where they filmed the 3rd season of HBO's The Wire) should have you completely nodded off and would actually probably be enough for two good doses like that as I recall.
However, just so you know, you're playing with fire. Like I said, I've been at this for 4 years now. And I'm glad I'm moving away this weekend and won't have a connection where I'm going. I've dropped tens of thousands of dollars on just a few corners over these past few years. It's just a waste of money and it won't do anything for you after a while. It won't be long before you're spending $200 a week if you keep at it. Eventually you'll either keep using daily to get better or cut back to maybe twice a week because it'll cost you at least $80 for a decent high. And you'll spend lot more in a single night when you have it.
