Someone I know has a cold and took Mucinex DM about 10 hours ago and a Benadryl 18 hours ago. Does anyone know if this is sufficient time to have passed before taking traditional ayahuasca (caapi & PV), or is there a real potential contraindication? It's a bit confusing because she saw another thread here stating that dxm and dmt are safe together but she's not sure whether the caapi would be a dangerous interaction?

Take Ayahuasca after they are feeling better. Also, with the Mucinex DM, avoid taking MAOIs at least 72 hours.
