Ayahuasca...Best MAOI?

I'm new here so be easy on me if I mess up anything in this thread post...lol. Anyways, I have recently come into possession of about 1oz. of Peruvian Ayahuasca Vine and would like to make some of the infamous brew. I am told that in order to successfully accomplish this, that I will need not only the vines themselves but also an MAOI inhibitor. I was wondering what the most readily accessible one of these is (eg - can order online legally), and also what the best one overall would be? Thanks in advance!

If you have VINES , then that IS your MAOI...you need to find out exactly what you have..."Ayahuasca vine" usually refers to B. Caapi, is your MAOI source, and not your DMT source...
Anyway find out what you have and someone can better help you.

Exactly I reccomend Chaliponga as the DMT source and you in theory would already have b cappi the aya vine.
Mix a 10g tea of Acacia simplex if you want things to get weird 8( It contains nnmt dmt and rumored to also contain harmals ( could be wrong )

As phuck pointed out - if you have the vine then you need the DMT source, as the vine is the MAOI. Mimosa rootbark would do.
