Ayahausca?

My friend and I had the day off yesterday, so we smoked a few bowls (along with some opium that he had). He pulled out this container full of red-ish liquid, which we both drank. I felt the body effects but had no visuals (had a gulp and a half), and was wondering if it was because of the opium, how much I had, or because of the drink itself not being made properly.

The body effects I can describe as being extremely sedating, and having a cloudy headspace.
