I woke up this morning for the first time in my life.
How could I not get up when the entire world
Had gone to such effort to put on this fantastic display.
How on earth could I have missed it before.
Missed out on being rediculously happy.
How can twenty-four years of my life go by.
Without me ever opening my eyes.
We all breath in a life giving substance
That is more time than place.
I've tasted purity, and it is everywhere.
I can now fill my lungs with optimism.
And hungrily anticipate whatever might come next.
No more questions...
I get it.
My life will never be the same again...
And I fucking love it!

3 days after I had taken LSD
There has been no drugs in my body since then.
Yet I am still higher than I have ever been in my life.
That day changed my life.
LSD is more than a drug... it is a spiritual awakening.

Acid will do that to you. I really enjoyed reading this piece, as its definately something a great many people here could relate to, the sudden feeling of 'awakeness' from a life of mental drudgery.
