Avizafone solvent??

Hi, I just got Avizafone (diazepam pro-drug) and I am wondering which solvent I should use for it.
Usually I use 80proof vodka for benzos, but I know this one is water soluble.
Although what I do not know is can I just use normal bottled water or does it have to be distilled water?
If it has to be distilled then can I just use good old vodka because honestly I don't know where I would get distilled water
Any insight would be appreciated, thank you

Bottled water should be fine. Add a small amount of vodka to act as a preservative, or just use pure vodka.

Just for future reference if you do happen to need it, if you’re in the US anyway, any Walmart should have distilled water. Outside the US I would assume most grocery shops or pharmacies should carry some.
