Opioids Available U.K. Painkillers ? OTC and prescription

Can anyone give me a list of painkillers available itv and by prescription. I'm currently on tramadol for pain relief 150mg but does nothing really anymore
 
Codeine Phosphate
Dihydrocodeine
Tramadol
Morphine
Oxycodone
Methadone
Fentanyl

They are all opiate painkillers I have been prescribed in the UK.

150mg/day is a very low dose of Tramadol. I would talk to your GP about increasing the dosage. You can take up to 400mg/day.
