Could any of you mods or admins. tell me if there's a certain number of signatures needed in order to put the thread back up i.e. like a petition type deal? or is it just you guys waiting for everyone to come in here and really read over the rules and agree to abide by them, and when you guys feel okay about that, you'll reopen the thread?

And i know some of you (just as i have) have tried looking all over the internet for different types of threads where they rate stamps for harm reduction and didn't find but one. This was the only one and unless all of us including me get our shit completely straight and really adhere to the rules, we won't have any to reference. As far as a separate thread for each of the cities, i really could care less, just seems like more work. I actually enjoy seeing/hearing about the people in jersey and what bags they get usually because they get them 1st b4 us Pittsburgh people do, and it's a good reference most of the time.

Oh god, i forgot too add a city the last time i posted!! Im sorry i got the thread closed =) Hehe!! I have read all the rules, and of course i am on board! Im not sure about a Pitts/Jerz split thread since you can find the same dope in most places, it would just take longer to find out the information you are looking for. Just cause i live in NJ doesnt mean i don't want to know whats going on in a very dope filled city.

And since makin seperate threads AINT addressing the problem of rule breakin which happens with posters from every city and state, all it would accomplish would be to just spread the problems out.
3-Postin the city name at the top of ur post aint that hard. Using "we wouldnt have to post the city name at the beginning" as a supporting arguement for why we should have seperate threads is just silly yo. :D
Alot of quality posters that we kno and respect been in support of the seperate threads idea, so it aint that we think ur suggestion sucks, just that it aint really do-able and honestly it aint necessary. Lacey you took the words out of my brain, ha. You said what I've been trying to say but felt I had no place to say, because I'm not pretending to be a mod. All of the posters doing peer-moderating and reporting shit to you guys is all the 'new mods' we need. But I know everyone has said they read the rules, but how bout make a little random question when you are about to join the thread that quizzes them on the rules, like when you join the buzzlife messageboard or some others. . .
or maybe even set the format in code so all you can enter is city, state, stamp,qual,quantity,other comments. . .the code wouldnt be that hard to do. . .i mean we could even make it like Pillreports. . . just Stampreports. . .we are starting to get a prettty good followin of this (somethingsometing VS STamps Thread) over the last year, and im sure it will grow more over the next year and not even be as stagnent as certain areas on pillreports

(technical User) . . i again joined and have been around ever since (2005). .
but this stamp thread has kept me here. fo rthe past year, at least 3,4 times a week! and im sure it has for others too. that is alot of unique hits daily, i mean i used to mainly ONLY be an OD thread person. . but that would lose my interest after a month or two from getting asked the same questions day in and day out. .
Anyway;
I def feel for you MODS, and have the utmost respect for what you do, i have moderated message boards before and if you aint feelin it IT FREAKIN SUX.

and if not, does anyone think that for a nominal fee that bluelight would host a link to another site that really wants harm reduction to come to its users!

frist let me start off by sayin sorry for the multiple posts but i have tried to multi quote and even though i can use notpad to creat a fully fuctioning website i cannot get this damn function to work. . if someone can throw my posts together i would be happy
anyway i agree with alot of what you said SIN.. the only thing is we get direct shipments from newark daily, and if someting is new here in Pittsburgh then i like to know if it was hittin there. .because 8 out of 10 times it is the exact dope. . just 3,4 days maybe a week later! you know what im sayin. . .right now more than half our dope is coming straight from jersey and yeah we get some from camden, philly, and NYC but it is mostly the same as what is hittin in Newark and paterson. . as well as a strong supply from asbury(but it seem we lost most our asbury posters, and im actually worried bout some of them. .Lol)
just thought maybe youd get where im comin from with this (i mean i guess i could hit up the NJ thread if this did happen, cause it is more helpful to me than say you on the other end cause i seriously dout you are really worried whats comin into us. . .hahah)

I haven't reviewed many stamps as I've been doing subs lately, but once I start making money again, I'd like to start contributing again. I have read the rules and will abide by them.
As a comment, I noticed that when you read the most recent page, there is no sticky at the top of the page that lists the rules, format. So, unless you have seen the first page recently, you're not gonna see them. Perhaps, if there was a way to always show this info at the top of every page, it would lead to less violations. I realize that you're holding off on opening up the thread until everyone agrees, but there's always gonna be new people coming in. I think having the rules and format appear on every page somehow, would help.
Or perhaps, the whole thing can be setup like a database, with empty spots and you just fill in the blanks. Kind of like a poll,but with 5 empty info fields to be filled out; and the info gets posted as a reply to the thread. This would require some scripting and alteration of the software though.
