Keaton's right, moderators are entitles to a free ounce of their DoC- with the economy the way it is, they only award this out during Christmas bonus time- Bearlove dresses up like Santa Claus, we all take turns sitting in his lap and Keaton gives us red & green light shows. Pretty sweet staff party imo.

You forgot that you also gain the ability to see what forum a user is posting in and even what thread they are reading.
Having extra stalking powers is always a good thing.
 
I would I feel I know a descent amount about MDMA er Ecstasy drugs but I am not sure I could spend the time needed like others have said oh well that is life for ya lol.
 
The time is an important factor. Especially here in ED. Moderating this forum is nothing short of a labor of love.
 
Hey guys- I've loved modding ED for the year+ I've done it, but my real life career has grown a lot, as has my social life (all good things!), and I realized during this time I just don't have the time to devote to moderating ED anymore. I decided it would be better to leave during this "election" as to simply allow room for a 3rd moderator to come on board rather than 2.

Yep, I'm stepping down! It's practically a whole new ED team.

I hope the new wave of moderators will do a great job- I think we have some great people here. It's indeed impossible to fill the legendary shoes of RGB and MazDan from years past, but I intend to stick around and continue to contribute to the best of my lingual skills (which suck tbh). :)
