Attempted Murder by Tweekers?

Hello , I have been in some really scary & sketchy stitutions in my few years of using meth. Many of them were near fatal...I've narrowly avoided being robbed by people I used with & I knew. I've walked in on robberies & got the hell out of dodge!8o. Once I was smoking at a "friends" house some where in Southern California & this "friend" was acting & talking creepy non-sense...I felt uneasy in this apartment like there was someone else in the room even though I was told no one else was home ect... The next thing you know all the lights in the apartment went out!! I jumped for the door & started knocking on neighbors doors to call the police...The police came & I went back into the unit I came out of only to have the lights turned back-on again which confirmed what I suspected ,that another person in the apartment had turn the power switch off, then I heard someone jumping out the back window! I waited for the Police to leave & got my things & left in my car. I didn't talk to the police because I had drugs on me & was high...It felt like I just avoided a setup of sorts one of the roommates of this "friend" often boosted about having killed people...I never went back to that house or associated with those people again. But the truth is Meth circles no matter what city tend to know each other directly or indirectly...So if you decide to associate with a different group chances are they are all interconnected...Its a mean underworld!


The number of times I have been robbed or cheated is impossible to count...Another time I went to a sources house that I haven't seen in a while. When I got there they appeared to be moving out & this dudes girl friend wasn't home and when I asked I was told she moved to another state. It was odd since I've never seen them apart worse yet these 2 were always in domestic fights I mean huge fights. The source (owner) of this place looked really nervous & had a bunch of shady characters cleaning the place & smoking...one of them creeped me out the most a tall huge Hispanic guy...so I get a 1/2 gram waited nervously & in a few minutes got the stuff.. But the other dude also bought some stuff & tried to fuck me over since he only got a 1/4...I smoked a little from there tool with the stuff I bought...Alarm bells were ringing internally so I told them I am going to get a drink be right back...I got the fuck out of there! I swear I felt as if I walked into a murder scene or something...they were hastily cleaning & moving things & were nervous not from the dope but something else...Later on that evening I saw the same ( Big Hispanic Dude ) that was at this house who looked like a straight killer! I was at a bus bench a few miles away this was about 9 or 10 Pm. He got out of a silver car that parked in an alley & he started pacing behind me pretending to be looking for something...Again alarm bells went off I got up and started to walk away fast!! I walked 3 or 4 blocks while looking around the entire time & he was tailing me8o...I kept walking & he got out of the same silver car blocks ahead of me & went into an alley...I flagged a taxi and got the hell out of there scared to death ! I haven't smoked any more tina since then for fear of being murdered by these crazy murderous tweekers...There have been 4 Murders in that same area this year all linked to Meth!!


I've seen some other crazy things some of my former associates have been pistol wiped & robbed by people they knew for years..These people will steal from your home & if that isn't enough they could very well rob you & even try to kill you!! I've known people who have been held hostage in their own homes by tweeker bandits ect... The stories revolving around hardcore meth addicts & some of there vile deeds are just bone chilling!


Has anyone ever had similar experience or known anyone who felt they were in danger of murder or other crimes by tweekers or known people who have succumb to tweekers? I swear the shit I've been through the years & seen is enough deterrent for me Never to engage in that life style or drugs=Meth! Its a deadly game of roulette someone could be plotting to kill you for a little dope or cash! It is very risk forget the health issues & possible run-ins with the law...You have to worry about those around you namely other meth users who could take your life!

I've been clean for several months & total removed from those who use... I thought I'd share experience...The meth scene is very seedy & often dangerous...I hope your question is a candid one & not an attempt at "patronizing"...

My dad threatened to shoot me with a shotgun (which he had right by him, loaded) while loaded on meth for days. I hate tweakers.
 
I've never had contact with meth users in my region. I assume they are there, but us acid heads just don't seem to hook up with their type. I only know one person that openly smokes meth, and he's crazy but functioning.
 
That's a lotta text.... Lemme see if I can match it.
I got way integrated into the meth "scene" in a very large Midwestern city.
It was very similar to what you described. Despite the population being around 1,000,000 all the tweakers seemed to know each other.
And yeah, I feared for my life a handful of times.
I would be hanging out at a middleman's place waiting on shit to deliver.
People would walk through that door that I'd have to take a triple take at.
People that looked like they'd been awake their whole lives. Or just evil looking fucks.
The guys house was on condemned land, had a squad car rolling by every ten minutes, half the yard was stacked with stolen bikes. The other half was populated by 10-15 people in tents. Just sketched.
One night I was hanging out and there was a knock at the door.
Kid went to answer it by opening it a crack and looking out. The guy on the other side smashed it open, into the kids face.
3 masked men burst in. 2 had shotguns, the one that hit the door had a revolver.
The revolver guy pistol whipped the fuck outta the kid that answered the door.
They knew who to go for, grabbed the slingers wife and stuck a shotgun to her head. Told everyone to empty their pockets.
I had a small sack of shards, a pipe, and a few dollars.
Got off easy. Obviously. The dude and his wife got jacked for multiple ounces, guns, a few K, etc, etc.
The last I heard of that, they'd found out who pulled it off and were planning to kill the three of them.

The only other specific thing I'll mention is at the request of a good friend of mine that just happened to be a slinger, I strong armed/beat the shit out of this kid that had stolen the guys AR-15.
I'm not a violent person and I knew both kids that had stolen it and they had both stayed at my place.
Still... I beat the fuck out of him and brought the AR back to my buddy. Only because I wanted free product.
It never really occurred to me that these kids and their particular crew could ride over and stroll right up to my front door. It all seemed to make sense at the time.
10-12 hours after I restole the gun, I got a call from the other kid. He informed me that he had, "stole the gun fair and square and he and his crew would be over to kill me shortly."
I spent the next few months with a .45 in my waistband and a borrowed shotgun in the car.
They never showed which felt almost disappointing. It's insane.
I am not a gun person or naturally violent. Nor do I enjoy fighting or threatening people. At all.
But addicted to meth, all that shit seemed fun. Like a adventure.
I think back about it or some of the people we ripped off or flat out robbed and it makes me feel ill.
I had to move halfway across the country to stop shooting/smoking that garbage and I have never regretted it.
I was a junkie for a long time but, IMO nothing compares to the depravity associated with hardcore meth users. I hate that fucking shit.
 
Never experienced meth nor anyone who uses it.
I guess it's hard to come by in NJ.
I go to a city that is known for having a large supply of drugs & none of them sell meth.
Only crack & coke if you're looking for stims.
I wouldn't mind trying meth, only if I could find it.

It wasn't an attempt of patronizing. I was curious whether or not you were just high and paranoid, but obviously that's not the case.

Keeping your posts short will make more people read them. We are nothing but a bunch of good for nothing drug addicts with the attention span of goldfish remember? :)

East coast represent! We're too smart for meth to really catch on here. Same with the West coast and the North.

Is it a coincidence that all the reptilian brains in the South and Midwest have the most trouble with meth? Part of it is it's easier to cook in rural America, but NYC has no trouble being stocked with H.. if we wanted it we could have it.

(sorry I'm being purposely mean, midwest America is actually a nice place overall)
 
Sketcy story thx for sharing. Cali seems to have no shortage of these dangerous tweaker types. Seems mny small towns ravaged by their populations of meth heads. Scared me right outta town once.

lol, what? The west coast is FULL of meth. Here in the North West, we have the second highest meth use rates in the country. Oregon and Cali are not far off, either.

most meth isn't "cooked" in backyards anyways, it gets made in Super Labs down in Mexico by the kilo and brought up the border in various ways

I should have excluded the south west because it's a trafficking hub that does make it's way up the West coast.

But just look at the Midwest and South, basically the bible belt. Yes, the average IQ is lower in less industrial areas where there are less access to elite universities per capita. The highest concentration of the educated is still the North East, and I do believe that plays a role in why the east coast especially hasn't taken to arguably the stupidest drug to get addicted to. Meth is cheap, so why hasn't the East coast in particular taken to it? We can import anything here.

It's nuts how that one methylated thing (I'm no chemist) on amphetamine does. I was lucky enough to try really high quality meth once, it's a whole 'nother thing.
 
These data show lab seizures, not statistics on usage overall. It makes sense that there would be few labs in the far Northeast,
as its too densely populated. While your larger point that usage is more infrequent in the Northeast likely stands, I don't find your causal argument pointing toward education and intelligence particularly convincing.

Education/intelligence is a factor, but just one. Wealth and affluence (which I suppose could be related), which the North East has more of per capita, and a sense of snobbery perhaps, distances the North East from what we look at as a redneck drug. Part cultural.

If you come from affluence you're more likely to look down on meth. We can also afford coke which is more expensive, still fun, but much more benign then meth.

And while H isn't really in the same market as an extreme upper like meth, easier access to higher quality H in the North East does satisfy someone who just wants a hard drug, who might have turned to meth otherwise.

There is a reason for such infrequent use in the North East compared to states with such low populations and high use, it's not a coincidence every year we don't let it take hold up here. My reasons may only explain part of it, but there are reasons.


I'd be interested if you or anyone else has a theory on the lack of demand for meth in the North East, because supply isn't a problem.
 
@nerdondrugs: I think that's bullshit that rich, affluent and educated individuals are too smart to use meth. Intelligence has nothing to do with it. I bet all the intelligent university educated kids up the north east US have their fair share of amphetamines anyway. That's just a terrible argument considering the north east US is surrounded by universities and a rich populace yet still have plentiful amounts of heroin, crack and coke. So intelligent not to use meth but not to avoid heroin/crack/coke?

maybe there's a lack of demand because there is so much adderall around. i don't find methamphetamine to be superior to other amphetamines or dextroamphetamine, it has a nice duration but it's not really that different. Perhaps in the eyes of these educated people you speak of, pharm stims are far more acceptable, that would be my guess as to why you don't hear of huge methamp issues in your area.
