Don't inject it, they only do that at hospitals with a special solution, and even so it is rare. Just take it orally, or let it disolve under your tongue. That really is the best way.

Ativan is a "subtle" benzo from what I've heard. I only had it on one occassion, and don't really know if it did anything because I was on other benzos at the time. Still 7 mg, you should have felt something, sedation, relaxation, something! Ativan seems to do its job, without rendering much in the way of recreational value, but some say they love it. All depends. Use it as needed and not for recreation is my advice, only 1 mg will do the job of taking away anxiety for someone with no benzo tolerance.

yes I need to slow down I don't even know how to keep track of how many I take a day because I forget and forget It really fucks with your short term memory should I right it down look at it and say that enough but then I would probably forget that to.

It's a "subtle" benzo, but it's a therapeutic powerhouse. It's on par with alprazolam and clonazepam as an anxiolytic (it's superior in certain aspects depending on the situation). It's a powerful anticonvulsant, moreso than diazepam and it's been shown to be superior to clonazepam in certain cases of epilepsies (all 3-hydroxy benzos are powerful anticonvulsants). It's an extremely powerful amnesic (on par with midazolam). It's a strong muscle relaxant and it's got good sedative action, which is why it is recommended for mild to moderate insomnia.

The only reason this benzo is underrated is because it's not very recreational to most. Some find it very recreational. Regardless, therapeutically, it's a powerhouse of a benzo.
