All of a sudden my lorazepam (Ativan) isn’t working like it used to. Only thing new is I added Zyrtec-D (the kind you need your id for and it’s behind the counter) wondering if anyone has any insight on this. I haven’t been on the Ativan but a few mos for reference and I just introduced the Zyrtec D a couple weeks ago. Noticed the change this past week

The pseudoephedrine in the zyrtec-d might be causing some anxiogenic effects which might reduce the perceived anxiolytic effects of the lorazepam. Might also speed the metabolism of the lorazepam abit as well.
