ativan to xanax

hello im new here and was wondering is there any special word to say to my shrink to switch me from ativan to xanax. i am prescribed 2mgs of ativan a day. yes i faked panic attacks to get them and yes i am looking to get high on the xanax. what should i say to the shrink to make the switch.
