Benzos Ativan or Valium ?

Which would be better so start tapering down a benzo habit , I’m not trying to quit I’d just like to lower my daily dose some, Id kinda been climbing for the past few months ....

Nope, Valium Is the longest active benzo. It fking lingers on for quite a wyile the effect.ssometimes wyen i take diazepam AND go to sleep there's some residual effect in the morning.
