Benzos Ativan/Niravam (Alprazolam) orally disintegrating tablets questions

Ive got my hands on 50 Niravam (alprazolam) orally disintegrating tablets, and was just wondering if they work better when placed under the tongue or if they work better when just eaten like a normal bar. Will disintegrating under the tongue or eating mess me up more?
