Ativan Dosage to releive anxiety while tripping

Hey, ive never done a benzo before, and was wondering how much I should take to releive the anxiety on the come-up with mushrooms
I was thinking 1 mg
 
If you only want to negate the anxiety you get comming up on 'shrooms, 1mg is about the max dose.. anymore and someone with no tollerance to benzos might be overly sedated and you would find the shroom trip lacking... hey, might actually be fun, but I would stick to 1mg
