Ativan+Concerta+Oxycontin?

Do you have a tolerance to any of these drugs (lorazepam/Ativan, methylpheniate/Concerta and oxycodone/OxyContin)?

Then that combination is safe for you. I would honestly skip the methylphenidate (or at least drop the dosage down) and do the same for the Ativan (maybe only do 1mg)?
The oxycontin hasn't been ingested yet, so should I skip that to be safe? Also, have my posts been following the rules? I am trying to follow them but want to make sure. How do I post just regularly so other people can see and answer? These test posts dont count towards my 5 posts in order to be a blue lighter right? So how do i post things that will count towards that?

The methylphenidate won't make it any more dangerous as it won't depress your CNS. If you usually mix 1mg ativan with (up to) 80mg oxycodone, then 40mg now should be fine.

I've heard that it is kind of a 'speedball', as methylphenidate is a stimulant and oxy is a depressant; or is it? I'm not clear on how/if oxycontin affects the respiratory/circulatory system, further than that it depresses the respiratory and slows your heart (not sure if that's correct though). taking 2 mg sublingual ativan at noon wouldn't affect the 20mg oxy at 10 pm though would it? As ativan wears off in 10-12 hours, so i'd be reaching the tail-end of the ativan while starting the oxycontin and the IR concerta taken at 7pm would have worn off at 10 pm. How wrong am I? Sorry for the excessive questions.
i agree with neighborhoodthreat that lowering your concerta dose. i guess if you want to call it a speed ball you can hhaahah. whenever i take opiates + benzos + ampphetamines i take my opiates and amphetamines in the morning, and at night i take my benzo and smoke weed. well i smoked weed throughout most of the time hahah but i am a huge pot head
How much does tolerance really play into this? Beyond having a basic tolerance for benzos, opiates and stimulants, combining all three would still be dangerous, wouldn't it? I think what I am trying to get at is, if they are spaced out appropriately (ie, 5 hours between each respectively), and taken at a moderate dosage (ie 2 mg ativan, 30 mg concerta, 20 mg oxy) would this become safe, in that it is not a direct or immediate combination?
tolerance is a must!! aand you have to know what you are doing. if you dont have experience with these drugs, you could fuck up and die. however from what you are saying, you have a tolerance to benzos and opiates, and you probably know your limits . a good piece of advice for combining drugs is to cut your normal dose in half for all drugs.
for example, if you usually take 2mg ativan alone, and 40-80mg alone, then the safest action to do would be to only take 1mg Ativan, and 20-30mg oxycontin. i would keep the concerta dose low it is a shitty drug, but the dopamine release from each drug will synergize and give you a fuckkkkkk hahahah, you only need a tiny bit. i would say 5-10mg ritalin with your normal dose of oxy, you will feel great energetic euphoria where you body feels like you just had sex and stoned. if you want, you can take some ativan with that too, but only take a low dose or you will ruin the oxy and ritalin. id say like only .5mg ativan with 15-20concerta and 30mg oxy. then after 2-4hrs take another 0.5mg ativan.. then when you want to come down, take 1-2mg ativan . holy shit that combo makes my mouth water, and you since those doses are low and you are tolerant, you will fine. just dont drive!!! stay at your house, clean, get on bluelight, ask a friend to pick you up and hang out, but dont drive!!! after

Awesome advice! I know concerta is a shitty drug for sure, the come down from stims just make me anxious and hence the ativan comes into play. I always worry about mixing stuff so I usually give it a few hours before taking different meds. I don't drive so that's a plus. I heard that eating oranges will lower your stomachs ph level and help you get rid of the methylphenidate faster. Does this mean it's out of your system completely faster? I take the coating off the concertas so I think it's a 3 hr span that it lasts for. Any merit to the oranges though?
