Ativan and Hydromorphone together

No matter how you use the Dilaudid the Ativan will potentiate it. It could be dangerous if you don't have a tolerance but it still a fairly common combination. It might make you nod, which is most user's favorite part of the high.

You will be fine as long as you have the tolerance and take it slow...

^ This. Just to clarify the point a bit, for this to be fairly safe, you need a tolerance to BOTH substances involved. Also I'd start at about 1/2 your normal dose of each so you can see where you stand with it. Every individual is going to react differently.

are you trying to inject both these substances? how will you take the hydromorphone, how will you take the ativan?

if you have a tolerance to both benos and opiates and if you stick to low doses of ativan (0.5-2mg) with your diliaudd, you shoud be fine, however, everyone is different and some peple are more sensitive to certain drugs compared to other substances. alot of people OD, even when they have a tolerance to opiates/benzos, when they mix opiates with benzos. despite taking a clinically therapeutic/prescribed dose, people still fall and die.

I have used both together, you haveto be very careful with the doses because they mix ( like 1 +1 = 3 ) and can cause severe respiratory depression at the wrong dose.
