ativan and alcohol, add adderall?

So I just took 3mgs of ativan, 60 mgs of celexa, and sipping on some cognac. But oi have some stuff to do. Nothing too hard just make some phone calls and write some e mails for school.
So my question its what would adderal do to this concoction
And of course is it safe?

You should be fine if you keep the dose reasonable but it might be a bit hard on your body (drug cocktails in general that is).

Maybe stop sipping the alcohol due to its synergistic effect with benzos?
 
I changed the title so it was clear what you're asking and I'm going to move this to BDD where dosing/combination questions are better suited.

I would just say my biggest concern would be the disinhibition and amnesia combination. Alcohol and ativan together will increase the risk of blacking out and doing stupid shit and if you toss in adderall you'll just be awake longer during this period instead of passing out.

Psh, I wish I could be like you. I find myself at the "When in doubt, gobble up all your drugs" state of mind more often than that, but thats just me.

Personally, in this combination, I'd ask why even take the adderall? Depending on if you have regular adderall (the balls) or dextroampheatmine (the football shaped pills) you might be up for a while, and don't know why you'd want to do that. If you can handle the calls/emails and don't need to take the adderall, try that first.

Also with benzo's and alcohol(with too much of course), either way you'll black out. Just without the adderall, you'll black out and pass out. With the adderall you'll black out and stay awake

So best bet would probably not taking the adderall, thats what I would do, because I would feel like I'm wasting the beer/ativan buzz, and the adderall could be better served later in time

No i dont, dont worry i dont know why i even added that in there or why i would even want to take adderall while blacked out but since i dont remember any of it i guess i'll never know haha
 
I personally HATE benzos when talking about fun drugs.
I am more of an upper guy but i actually have add so when i take adderall im euphoric but not speedy
kinda hard to explain but i dont get speedy results till i have to take like 90mg IR which for me is alot.
but i found that if i take a benzo like lorazepam 2mg by its self its just a good night sleep but when i combine it with adderall 30mg IR its like im super speeding.I find this odd because i can sleep after taking adderall alone but with a powerfull depressant i become very speedy but still am clearheaded.
I also get that effect from gabapentin and lyrica.So what im asking is Why when taking adderall or ativan by themself i feel calmed down but when im on a combo its like super speeding?
I know adderall makes me feel calm and content with enough energy to do some work
but i tend to become Zombie like and dont feel like talking or doing things most people do on speed but i still have AMAZING euphoria but its kinda trippy in a way.(like the visual effects i get are mild things like objects slightly breathing and any type of pattern or texture seems to swirl in the corner of my eye.And my usual dosage is 30mg IR twice a day but i hardly ever take both in one day i just same them up.if i take both 30s at the same time then i am borderline panic attack haha.
I dont know any one that can take a 30mg and sleep on it and i dont know of anyone having visualeffects on only 30mg adderall and 2mg ativan
2 drugs that one makes me a euphoric zombie robot the other just knocks me out.
DOES any one have an idea about the visuals or why i get lots of energy when i combine them??
 
Isn't adderal more of a morning drug? I took about 30-40ish mg of dextroamphetamine this morning and took 2.5mg of clonazepam earlier this evening to take the edge off. As for OP, I guess you already learned your lesson there... I was with my friend drinking a moderate amount and taking ativan, and he took dexies earlier in the day. We ended up going out to his car for a smoke, and he decided to drive around and we got stuck in a snow bank and it was a total buzzkill digging him it out. He said he had poor memory of the entire night. Drinking and benzos always makes you a bit loopy, and I haven't really ever thought drinking on uppers would be worthwhile.

This sounds strange to me. I know dextroamphetamine isn't too different from adderall, and when my friend and I ever do dexie, we take benzos in the evening to take the edge off once the euphoria comes to a halt. That never made us feel more speedy, just more calm and less edgy. Not that I would personally recommend this to you, but my friend and I usually end up blazing in the evening and doing a bit of oxycontin which really gets you feeling good until you're ready to sleep.

Are you taking these at the same time? If you are, I'd expect fucked up results. And when people say that SSRIs and similar antidepressants aren't good for getting high, aren't bullshitting you and trying to deprive you of a good time. I doubt it would be harmful, but if anything, you'd just feel a bit more shitty from the side effects.
