At my opiate tolerance, is getting high even possible?

Plugging scares me off, I dunno, I feel like i'd have to be pretty desperate for that. Suboxone wouldn't help and all my doctors look at it as too ineffective for pain.

And for the guy who tells me to just CWE my doses, if you read my post you'd see that that isn't an option so im not gonna just do it.

I don't have any hardcore opiate users so i have nothing to really compare to but is my tolerance considered massive? The thing that fucked it up was methadone, i started abusing my methadone prescription and got up to 100mg a day and even going cold turkey a month before my surgery didn't help with the tolerance.

No, this is not massive. Massive are the MMT patients who need over a gram (1000mg+) Methadone a day. I'd call your tolerance average. Taking them orally or even intranasally makes it even less spectacular.
It should be reassuring to know that you are not dependant on an abnormal amount of opioids.

why does plugging scare you? im just wondering. i have only plugged morphine and its ten times better then eating them. im not being an ass im just wondering if you think you will hurt your self or something?

In all honesty, if you want to get high, but you don't want to shoot, you are going to have to start not taking your pills and selling them. Then buy heroin with the money you make, and you will easily be able to afford enough dope to get you high.

please start a downward taper.
you have already come down to only doing 60 mg of the oxy - you can go lower; just do it very slowly

The above quote is next to genius, but not in the spirit of harm reduction.

First off, the dude doesn't want to bang. Period. That's a good thing.

Secondly, there's no way he's gonna be able to dump all those pills to junkies while he's living with his mom.

Third, pills are created in sterile environments by very smart people in white coats, whereas heroin is made in a 13 year old Cambodian kid's basement. Mixed with God knows what.

Listen up kiddo, and listen good. I'm in opioid w/d atm, and my habit isn't anywhere near yours. Take the rest of your script, get on subs, and live your life. Don't trap yourself in the hell I've created, which is asking yourself, every day, "why am I always in w/d, but never really high?"

I wouldn't go that route though unless your dead set at getting high whatever the consequence (those consequences being increased tolerance and a lovely heroin habit).
