Astrology Discussion: Natal Charts

Does someone want to do me? I have no idea what any of this chart stuff means, but it might be fun to see what you guys can draw up about me.

Born December 20, 1986, 6am. Sign is sagitarious.

Is that all thats required?

Every astrologer has his or her own style. I've never seen this specific part of the eternal puzzle before. I can post comments once I've educated myself a bit more.

With respect to the Mayan calendar, most of the literature out there is needlessly alarmist. From what little I know it represents the end of a cycle, we don't know what will happen at the end of that cycle.

in my reading, i am not inclined to believe that (assuming there is anything to the validity of the calendar) that there are reasons to believe in any of the end of the world bullshit. i like to lean towards the belief that it means the world is finally coming it's new universal consciousness.

^^^Hmmm nice Sun and moon in Gemini, Aries rising. Quite the intelligent one there, you are very well read . Financial stability looks to be one of the (if not the) major goals in your life.... your Jupiter conjunct Ascendant surely helps in matters of fulfilling your ambitions....you are an extreme sort of person (like me lol ;) believing that excess is better than moderation in most things, good or not so. From what I've observed (and based on your chart) ....you are also quite mature for your age .:)

Mariposa: Everything u said with regards to my chart are absolutely correct =D I would like very much to understand what a mystic rectangle/grand cross signifies...I've been reading up on these intriguing aspect patterns as we speak.
About last year I came across the natal chart of Franz Bardon, a Czech occultist best known for his three volumes on Hermetic magic.( Initiation Into Hermetics, The Practice of Magical Evocation and The Key to the True Kabbalah.)
It is interesting to note that his chart was in possession of one mystic rectangle.
(I'll post it here if I can find it...I've lost the picture!)

^I have a fantastic dictionary that explains those aspects in great detail, CC. I'm not at home right now. Nice interpretations. Both are closed aspect patterns which means the energy of each part bounces off one another. I've got a plan for yours - but I need to put all the pieces together first. TIA for patience. :)

DarthMom - I'm looking forward to 2012 - agreed 100% that it's not an alarm but a pivotal time. I'd love to hear what your comments are in that regard - you seem to know a lot in that regard. I'll be 32 and just barely out of my first Saturn return's orb.

www.astrodatabank.com has MANY celebrity/public figure charts with appropriately labelled data.

CC - I think you'd get a big kick out of Baudelaire's. :D Definitely a rarity and his natal chart describes his life RIDICULOUSLY well. Similar to Celine Dion's (lol). Clinton, Sharon and Putin are also pretty fascinating. I'm trying to find data on North Korea and Kim Jong-Il due to current events there. No luck anywhere I've looked so far :(

Quabala and astrology are linked, as are Rosicrucianism and Freemasonry (with astrology).

There is some argument and trolling on that board (worse than BL) but the mods are becoming much more active, and the quality of (most of) the posters is high.

NOTE ABOUT ASTRO.COM - Your link will die in 2-3 days if you don't host your chart on another image host and I'd love to see that kept out of this thread.

Unfortunately, everything in there is true.. especially the financial part. Any rich BLer's wanna buy me free food for a year? 8)

I suggest that everyone who posts their chart also incorporates what this forum is all about- drugs! Perhaps which ones you enjoy/hate, for what reasons, how many/much, etc.

I'm a chronic shmokah of the wizzle. I enjoy psychedelics occasionally, and maybe a little something different on the side once and a while. I seem to have no attraction to alcohol, harder drugs, although I do smoke a cigarette here and there.. mm cloves.

I have Neptune anchoring my Grand Trine (that big triangular formation) in my 3rd house (friendship, siblings though I'm an only child). Neptune rules alcohol and partially rules drugs. I don't use hard drugs alone and never have. I love alcohol the best and believe life is too short for cheap wine. As for drugs, I wouldn't touch PCP, and I wouldn't IV anything. Those are my only formal limits, though. I use benzos and weed primarily medicinally. I try to keep my usage smart and in appropriate context. And I don't smoke cigarettes - never have except while partying - hate them and can't even be in a room with them anymore.

CC, I'm still working on you. ;) I have my dictionary back within a couple hours. I see the need to use what are called "midpoints" with you - i.e., in order to know what's important with all those aspects, I have to take a metaphorical protractor and measure what's closest to what. I have another computer program (not astro.com), but the calculations are 23-ish degrees off because the settings suck. The same thing happens in my own chart, so I think it's an issue on my end with settings.

KITD - Venus retrograde in 11 strongly suggests that you have a tendency to confuse friendship with love. But there are many other aspects there.

Sushii - lol your bday's the same as mine, but a year later. Not sure if you have kids or not, I see you as either being very fertile or desiring your own desperately. And you also have Sun/Moon conjunct in opposition to Pluto (me too). One of the toughest aspects out there, but it means you take NO shit from ANYONE - yet it may not always look that way because a Sun/Moon conjunction can make you wear your heart on your sleeve. I bet you have a lot of GREAT friends and you deserve them, because you've got their back!
 
lol, if there is one thing i have NEVER done in my life, it's that. You know, it's odd, it seems that everything I've ever read about how I'm "supposed" to be is either so dead on that it's creepy, or so antithetical to my personality that it makes me laugh.

True to my sun sign..I am a true glutton. Here is what Linda Goodman has to say about it:
There's very little that turns his appetite faint. That is ME to a tee. I can eat anything and everything in all combinations...I have an insatiable appetite and I used to be called the family "garbage disposal" because I would eat everybody's leftovers 8(
Replace "food" with "drink" and "drugs" and you get an idea =D (doesnt apply to me anymore tho since I've quit smoking/dr00gzing) but the drinking (sporadically) and the EATING will be here to stay, I'm afraid. :X

I've never had much of an interest in astrology (or any form of prediction - and I'm the first to admit I know absolutely nothing about it) but it's funny that any time I get told anything, it's got something to do with fertility and wanting kids.

Ironically, I've never wanted children at all.

I'll probably be one of those people who are adament they hate kids, then get to their 30s and start popping them out like crazy. That, or I'll just have lots and lots of cats. :D

Either way it's highlighted, with that giant stellium (combination of 3+ planets) in your 5th house in Aries. Fertile house in general and Aries just SHINES in there (Sun rules 5th and is exalted, i.e., VERY well placed) in Aries. How many babies conceived in late June/early July are then born in late March/early April? It also coincides with mating season in many animals.

You have a fantastic chart. :) An Aries Sun conjunct Mars in the middle of a stellium in 5th is pretty badass. A karmic astrologer (which I am not) would say you did some pretty good deed(s) in one of your past lives. I don't know what gender you are (and recognize that you may not want kids) - but I'd bet they are VERY attracted to your essence and very comfortable around you, and likewise.

Please note that none of this is predictive; predictive astrology is a very difficult discipline and we're discussing natal astrology. The way the sky was patterned over the place and time of your birth is one thing. Making predictions is ENTIRELY another - and I don't think any of us in this thread are without extensive further study capable of making predictions. ;) The gift is placed in a rare few and is learned by even fewer.

CC, I will PM you with my interpretation of your aspects. Not bad news at all (quite the latter) but might be a little personal to be public about. I have ONE last thing to sort out.

In the meantime, if everyone would like to take a tutorial I suggest a google search on "basic astrology". I'll try to find a good one.

my dad was in the navy. i was born in a british military hospital which is actually uk territory so i'm a british citizen.
